Context is king (when keeping notes)

Reminders are a beast with many faces. They come in a form of tasks, notes, cards, TODOs, links, starred emails etc. etc., and every productivity software out there promises to be the be-all-end-all solution for keeping track of your life. But, the most important thing I want out of my reminders is the ability to add context to them.

Dump your brain ASAP

I've been trying to apply the fundamental idea of GTD method lately. The one about flushing your brain onto (virtual) paper. Writing things down frees your working memory and your mind for important stuff. It must be what computers feel like when fsync() call happens.
